Stephane serves as Chief Customer Officer at MicroEJ and is in charge of MicroEJ customers’ success.

During his 20 years of experience in customer care and project development, Stephane acquired solid technical skills and an ability to strengthen multicultural teams by making diversity a strength. At Atmel, Stéphane was an Embedded Software Engineer, Program Manager, and Application Group Manager, managing 50+ SCRUM embedded developers in France, the USA, Norway, India, and China. Since joining MicroEJ in 2013, Stéphane has been able to create and develop an international team and cover the customer’s needs by providing tailor-made services for developing and optimizing customer applications while ensuring responsive support via a hotline. Stephane put in place an international organization that can scale by duplicating models in different countries, industrializing processes, and disseminating them for uniform application. For Stephane, people are at the core of success: he aims to use agility to build emulation and move teams out of their comfort zone. His objective is to achieve excellent quality, balancing customer and employee satisfaction.
