Regis serves as Chief Operation Officer at MicroEJ. He oversees operations and leads sales activity worldwide.
Regis started his career as an embedded engineer, working on digital signal processing and software. At Alcatel, he tackled the innovative issues of voice processing of the first GSM software. At Atmel (now Microchips), he moved to engineering management and led the creation of embedded software systems in various environments in France and abroad. He then decided to pivot, focusing on business and marketing and obtaining an MBA in Strategic Management. When he met Fred right after MicroEJ’s inception, Regis found the project fascinating. His skills complemented Fred’s, and he soon joined to take over the sales, marketing, and customer care.
Today, he is proud to have contributed to setting up an organization that delivers outstanding software to the world’s top-tier companies in various embedded applications and to initiating first big deals with those companies. Future growth is a significant challenge for MicroEJ, and Regis is ready to scale and bring more structure and process toward the industrialization of engineering and sales. Integrating new teams in France, the USA, and abroad will be one of the keys to success. Regis will capitalize on his multicultural management skills and deep unifying knowledge of MicroEJ.
